There is nothing so frustrating as tech support that ignores you the whole time in favor of their script. Now I have a technician coming out to my house to investigate and issue that I know to extends beyond just my home. @comcast @comcastcares

. @Comcast the issue in my area you fixed is not fixed. Myself and at least one neighbor have 5+ failures per day. Most of my work day is tethered to my phone. This has plagued my house for 13 years. You can’t monopolize an area and not provide it service. cc/ @comcastcares
